IceTech recognises that a highly skilled and knowledgeable sales organisation is a source of
competitive advantage. Thus, pro-active efforts are being made to ensure a high level of educational
training at new course facilities including demonstrations and instruction in the use of dry ice
blasting machines.
By means of IceTech staff's training experience and knowledge, IceTech offers an effective and
rewarding training program to sales engineers and authorised agents/representatives as well as
customers.
Currently, the training program can be divided into three main categories:
- A global sales & marketing training program
- Product training and methodology
- Service and maintenance
These three lines combine two important aspects of being a strong and competent organisation:
product knowledge and customer orientation.
