Intent: “Values Based Leadership”
Our values must:
- impose strong boundaries
- remain contemporary and very relevant
- be used in all that we do
It is the highest responsibility of each and every member of the enterprise to embody
these values personally and collectively at all times, to ensure they are understood and
followed throughout all of our actions, and to take immediate corrective actions to
prevent any breach.
Having core values posted on the wall is nice but truly leading with values is the work of
a great company and this can only be achieved in the hearts and minds of our people each
and every day, which is the essence of Values Based Leadership.
